Dr. Garrett graduated from University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 1967.
Dr. Garrett is the former owner of Roswell Animal Hospital and served on the State Board of Veterinary Medicine for 6 years.
His area of interest is reproductive medicine and treating sporting dog breeds. Since his retirement Dr. Garrett has been a business and veterinary advisor to many practice owners. kingscrt@tds.net
